[uWSGI] auto respawn when file change

When working with Pylons used the option "$ paster serve -reload".
Do uWSGI have the equivalent of that?

I found only http://projects.unbit.it/uwsgi/wiki/uWSGIReload.
I care about this example, the master process to watch my files and when something changes in them respawn workers.
A very useful feature during development.
