[uWSGI] Feature request: email on worker init exceptions, i.e. "Internal server error"

This is typically a job for the monitoring software, like nagios or zabbix.
Any sysadmin should have that deployed and uWSGI have a plugin for it that
can be used to ping the app and check if it is running.
